Osprey Medical

Both Kirsty and Steph were incredibly friendly and helpful supporting our event. The communication was excellent throughout and was thrilled we went with Osprey Medical.

After being let down at the 11th hour and scrambling, we got a few quotes, 2 of which were astronomical and then I got a lovely call from Kirsty and she was so wonderful, put my mind at ease and then said how much it would be to cover our event. The price was comparable to what were were going to pay for St John's to come. The day arrived and we were gifted Nick, as Kirsty said the friendly green giant. Not only did he cover the event as First Aid for us which was used. He also came with his vehicle, his resuscitation dummies and gave a little demo and training session to the kids and parents at our summer fete. I cannot thank them enough and will be using them again and again.

Booking the First Aider was made simple Osprey office staff were really helpful and friendly. Jamie our Paramedic for the day was excellent. He was out and about around the event very visible and available (thankfully not required). The day was a success and as organisers we had one less issue to be mindful of. We will definitely use Osprey again. Just as a foot note I was asking for two First Aiders/Paramedics when booking, Osprey had all the details for the event, checked the regulations and explained we only needed one thus reducing our cost.
