What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
For us to provide a comprehensive quote to a customer, we require the event date, a brief overview of the type of event, Management plans & risk assessments, the estimated number of guests and the full address of the venue. From this, we can use our expertise and experience to ensure you have the correct cover in place for event.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When looking for Medical cover for your event, take into account their primary location as travel time can be tricky when covering events over a certain distance. Ask the provider about their current types of event cover that are similar to yours, they may already list this on their profile. Also, find out if they can provide a Medical Plan as some Local authorities may ask for one.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
The company was founded in 2012 by Nigel Singleton. Nigel runs a training company; Singleton Training Services Ltd, which specialises in safety training including first aid, food hygiene, social care and health and safety for companies and individuals.
He founded the company after realising that there was a gap in the market for a one stop shop for event staffing needs.
The company is active in Lincolnshire and the surrounding areas, We have a dedicated ambulance station located in Lincoln and is continuously growing and diversifying.
