What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

For us to provide a quote please provide the following:
Information about your event in detail: State the type of event, colour pallet, theme, mention any particular requirements at this point.
Event Location: Give any relevant information regarding the venue such as is the event indoor or outdoor and the full postcode.
Times: Provide the organiser with the expected event schedule, it would be ideal to list the venue access time, the event start time and finish time.
Example, we can access the church hall from 9am on the day, the guest will arrive at the hall for 2pm the christening is expected to finish at 8pm lock up is 9.30.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Firstly be sure the supplier can meet your request. Secondly ask about the experience your organiser has with your request or service. You can ask about what is popular and what works well in previous experience.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

Its Unique Events was born out of a passion for combining art with people and creating visual auras. I love meeting people and bringing visual expectations to reality. My first event was a Christening and to my amazement I exceeded the client's expectations and felt extremely rewarded with the comments from the guests it was truly overwhelming. That day the idea of ITS UNIQUE EVENTS was planted and because of that event, I found myself getting requests and referrals from the attendees. I wanted to establish an events service that is straightforward yet personal and can capture the essence of what is required whilst keeping the customer service.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

I am hoping to be successful on this platform. I have been on it for a while just getting used to it. I find the customer service exceptional, they have assisted me every step of the way and I hope to continue to have a great relationship with the clients and suppliers moving forward.
