What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
In order to quote you appropriately, we need the event date and an explanation of what type of event you're hosting! We also need a rough budget for your total spend on the event and whether or not you'd need an events organiser to be present for the day of your event. From here we can provide you with a comprehensive quote for all of our services.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
In order to hire the best events organiser for you and your event, I would utilise any free consultation or meetings they may offer, it's really important your events planner knows you well and can gauge exactly what you're looking for. Ask them about the services they offer and how they can tailor those to you. Events are personal and their approach to your event should be individualised to you and what you need.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
NTM Events began through a love of parties, organisation and years of hospitality experience! After working as an events manager in a fixed location for many years I decided to take everything I had learned and pour it into building my own business. I've always loved helping people celebrate life's big moments in style and I strive to bring that enthusiasm to every event we are a part of.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
Our most recent event and also most popular service is our day of coordinator service! This allows us to show up and manage your big day so you can do nothing but enjoy yourself in a stress-free environment. The wedding we attended was a huge success! With the help of an events assistant, we made sure the entire day ran to schedule and that the bride and groom were unbothered by anyone on their special day. I am excited about the review of this event and I'm looking forward to more happy couples booking into the diary through Add to Event.
