What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

I like to make a booking with us as effortless as possible, we are here to do all the work so that you don't have too. For me to provide a comprehensive quote I need the date, estimated number of guests and ages to I can tailor it to the age range, potential venue and a brief description of the type of party/event you are hosting. With all this in mind, I can then use our experience & your individuality to help you host the most memorable party ever. Turn your dreams into fond memories.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Vet me, look at our social media archives, reviews & images, the photos we capture speak a thousand words. Check on the potential companies insurance & their knowledge to cater to your guests. Ask as many questions as you need too, a good company will want to assist you into making the correct & suitable decisions for your party...not talk you into spending more money with them.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

Every Event Party Hire Ltd was born due to never been able to find a company that provided everything all under one roof for events or parties. When hosting an event for around 250 people myself the idea came to life. The feeling I get from watching my clients face in amazement or excitement of their vision come to life is just the best. Every get together is special to us from a small garden party or sleepover right through to a wedding we will create whatever you see on a budget that suits you.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

Wow!! We have received so much work that initially came through via this platform which then moves to a phone call or email booking. It so hard for us to keep all our reviews in one place as a lot review us on our Facebook site but the work started on here. Our biggest achievement to date is dressing a wedding party. The end result was such a beautiful creation of metallic balloons & personalised images & quotes the bride was absolutely made up with her finished room. It was fantastic for me to see our visions come together from mood boards I had created months before. We have now been asked to decorate her husbands 40th next year. We work closely with some other businesses who we recommend to Add to Event & they too have now started getting work from here.
