What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

For me to provide an accurate quote ideally I need the date of the event, if it's indoor or outdoor and if I need to bring my own table (I always bring my own chair anyway) will there be water supply. How many children roughly and a brief description of the type of event and any special requests. And I will do my utmost best to accommodate.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Firstly think about what you want from the service and pay attention to how they communicate with you. I would personally ask how long have you been doing it. How long does it take to paint one child's face on average? And what designs can you do?

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

I've always been creative. I was working in a kitchen in a soft play area and they were short staffed one night at a VIP party and needed a face painter so I covered and turned out I was really good at it. So I had a passion for it from that point onwards I bought my own kit, practised and practised and here I am. I love every moment.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

This site is great. My business has grown so much from this site. I would recommend Add to Event definitely.
It seemed the prices of the credits were a little much but then there are ways you can earn free credits. One event that stands out to me was a church fun day, met some lovely people, and gained more work.
