What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

For me to provide a quality quote to a customer we need the event date, duration, location, whether paint and glitter are desired, design requests or theme, a brief explanation of the type of event they are hosting, the estimated number of guests, and potential venue- also whether it's an indoor or outdoor event. From this, I can use my experience and expertise to put together my kit.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Check the products being used and insurance. Read reviews from previous clients and events and discuss any questions in detail.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

I started over a decade ago, sparked from a local community park event which then led to charity and voluntary events. Soon enough I started to build my business. I have always been an overall creative, especially in art and painting.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

There have been quite a few bookings through this platform that I am personally very happy and satisfied about! One that stands out was a Halloween party for a corporate event, where I painted a diverse variety of designs and overall everyone was transformed and enjoyed themselves looking spooky or fantasy-esque.
