What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

For us to provide an accurate quote, we don't need much - just need the event date, venue location and preferred style of Flower Wall. If there are any specifics we need to know about then feel free to let us know. We keep things simple at Prestige Flower Walls.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I'd recommend that you ask the provider if they are a specialist. There are many providers who offer Flower Walls in addition to the rest of their event decor etc, which could mean they aren't specialists in Flower Walls. We built a business solely around Flower Walls because we know we can ensure we have the best quality, service and competitive pricing. There are lots of lesser quality walls on the market, so be careful that you aren't getting flat-looking panels. Our walls have are 'full' looking and offer a 3D effect. Ask if they actually own the Flower Wall too, as they may just be using another provider and adding a markup on the prices.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

I (Louisa) have worked as a Hair & Makeup Artist for 15 years and the moment I locked eyes on Flower Walls I fell in love! I knew they would be such a great addition to any event. When I researched this with my partner (Mark), we saw that there were quite a lot of people with Flower Wall businesses, but the walls looked flat and lifeless. We knew that if we could produce the best quality and mix in our passion for making every event special then we'd be able to build something we're proud of. Before we knew it Mark had left the Marketing Agency he founded and devoted himself full-time to Prestige Flower Walls. That's how confident and passionate we are about this.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

We've only just joined, so awaiting and looking forward to our first booking which I'm sure won't be long!
