What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

Emporiumtwentytwo, as your service provider, to provide you with a comprehensive quote for your event, we would require some key information. Firstly, we would need to know the event date to secure it, the type of event so we can tailor decorations, services required and maybe a few examples of what the client has in kind so we can create a unique experience that's personal to them. Any extras that the client might want included in the installation and though not necessarily their budget but we do provide options. Additionally, it would be helpful to know whether your event will be held indoors or outdoors and any potential venue information you may have.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

For our field of services we provide, clients would need to get clarification on a lot of things hence they should be open to asking as this helps the service provider understand more about the client's needs. Also ask what else they can do, just because they haven’t done it or shown it off doesn't mean they can't. Don't miss out on a unique installation.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

Emporiumtwentytwo was created by three friends who wanted to explore their passion outside their day Jobs, An Accountant, A Marketeer and a Teacher;

We always had a passion of owning our own business and doing what we loved as a hobby and focusing on it to provide a unique experience and service.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

We haven’t yet had a booking through the platform as we are new to the platform. But what we have had is exceptional customer service as the setup and all things Add to Event have been done with their help. We’ve received quotes from clients and the platform's communication system is way easy to use and a good experience. We are looking forward to getting bookings from clients and providing an exceptional service through Add to Event.
