"Eric was attentive to our requirements and proffered welcome suggestions. He tailored a most beautiful spread for our guests, exactly as we hoped. He arrived on time and, along with an assitant, set out the buffet before changing into his chef’s whites to carve and serve. The food was imaginative and varied and there was more than ample to go around.. Everyone was most impressed, including several people with special dietary requirements and we had plenty of enthusiastic compliments. Eric and his assistant even did the washing up! I have no hesitation in strongly recommending Silkwise Catering."

"I booked Arnold and The French Revolution over a year before our event (wedding party). Since booking I have been looking forward to eating the galettes and crepes. I can wholeheartedly say, it was definitely worth the wait! I'm so glad we made this choice! So many of our guests have complimented us (I'm pretty sure all credit goes to The French Revolution!). A guest was annoyed that we had chosen pancakes for the event... he tried one and loved it! I don't think I can give a higher compliment than that! The whole service was impeccable &; stress free from the first email till they drove off at the end. Reasonably priced for high quality, freshly cooked food, also catered to food intolerance's. The run up over a number of months was very well communicated and we felt that Cateritaly were adaptable all the way through right up to the last minute.
