What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

To ensure we can provide you with a suitable quote that is fit for purpose and doesn't have to change at a later period. It is important to have confidence in the provider, so asking for references or previous examples of their work/customers is a great starting point. The knowledge of the subject and being able to answer any questions you may pose with regards to the activity/event also gives you a belief that the provider is genuine and therefore your event would be in good hands. Asking to see any insurance information or knowing that all staff hold up to date clean DBS's also give you peace of mind and assurance that the company takes safety for all as a key concern.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

The business has evolved over time from a small scale video producing operation to a multi operational activity lead. It has developed over time to provide high-quality activities and events for both children, adults and corporate customers and each activity is delivered with the company's ethos at heart of being fun, active and creative all at the same time.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

We are new to Add to Event however we have so far found the amount of different enquiries that we can quote for has been great. It also covers all areas of our business in one place so quoting is easy and efficient and also very cost-effective compared to other similar options. We are excited by the possibilities and as we are now in a position to quote on a more regular basis hope to win our first piece of business soon.
