What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

All we really need is the date, location and number of tables required in order for us to give you a quote. We can finalise the rest of the details once you book with us. We've been in the business for over 12 years so have experienced events of all natures and we can offer advice where required.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I think the main thing to make sure of is that the company is fair and honest. I see so many companies offering a set job as such, but then charging accordingly to what they feel "they can get away with!" A bit like those who hire out a hall for a party, then charge double once they find out it's for a wedding. Clear and honest pricing is the way forward in my book.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

I started playing Poker years ago before pub poker became massive. I helped out for a session and really enjoyed it, so I found a local "Fun Casino" company and they showed me the ropes. I then was 'on the books' for various companies as a Criouper but I never really liked the setup, so I cherry-picked the best ideas, added a few of my own and Fun Casino Fun was born.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

Our services were employed for Mass Christmas Parties at Trowbridge Civic Centre. The Service Delivery Manager filled out the form and we replied and quoted. The whole process was very smooth and we've had lots of bookings using Add to Event and will continue to their services.
