What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would always check their Facebook and website out, they should have a website even if they are fairly new to the business. Ask about the areas they cover and always make sure you compare prices with other companies fairly, remember it may be cheaper but what are you getting for your money?
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
I have always been in hospitality with my family owning public houses and restaurants, I have always been the party organiser and event planner so it just seemed natural to progress into my own field of entertainment and events. I also love camping and that is where the bell tents came in, we do offer a glamping experience at any site of the customers choosing where we set up and take down. I feel that more people will be open to experiencing the relaxing nature of camping if they try glamping.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
My booking hasn’t actually happened as of yet as I am new to this site. Although I will say a lot of requests come through every day suited to my business, the customer service is exceptional and I have, even though been impatient myself, found it very easy and efficient to use as a business help site.
