What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

In order to provide a quote, we would need to know the event date, the number of people attending, a brief description of what the event is, and what type of food they would like. We can then pull together a quote and work with the client to make it bespoke to their event.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would ask as many details a possible to make sure you have a suitable caterer. It is important to know exactly what they can offer, and whether it is suitable for your event and location.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

I started my business after many years of working in marketing hospitality with a huge passion for catering. I saw a gap in the market with afternoon tea deliveries which I have made more interesting with themed plates and napkins. I have since grown the business to include grazing tables and full party table setups.

I had an afternoon tea graze table for a christening which was fab, it was so nice to help the family celebrate.
