What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

For us to provide a quote to a potential client, we need to know the date of the event, the number of guests and a brief explanation of the event - ie whether it's a corporate event, Wedding, Christening, garden party etc.
From the information provided, we can provide an educated quotation which will suit their needs.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

It is best to find a caterer that has experience in exactly what you want. Look through reviews and photos of their work.
Find out what extras are available, for example, whether staff can be hired or alcohol can be provided.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

I started this business during lockdown in February 2021. As people weren't allowed out to restaurants or pubs, it was nice to have good food delivered to your door. People ordered boxes for birthday presents, Mother's Day, Valentine's Day etc etc.
As times have changed (people eating out again and going back to their places of work), I have adapted my business accordingly. I love providing bespoke Grazing boards and especially tables. Tables definitely give the WOW factor to any event.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

I have had many bookings through Add to Event from weddings, private parties, corporate events and Hen Parties! It's great!
The system works really well for me as I can see exactly what potential clients want - sometimes they haven't even considered a grazing table (or know exactly what they are!!)
