What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

Firstly, when and where the event is and the type of event are the most important.
The number of guests this is for (day & evening) and if there are any special requests.
Finally, payment method, budget spend per head and the type of venue that the event is to be held in (so we can adapt our quote for internal or external bar offering)

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

When looking for a bar provider always check out the profile page, website and photos. This will tell you more about the supplier, it is also great to see examples of them in action. If you are after a bar you need to consider what they serve, do they have full cooling systems for draught beers for example.

Ask about the plan for the day of the event, such as when do they set up, what they require (electricity, water etc) and then this will give you an idea of how professionally run the event will be.

How many staff might attend the event and what type of equipment or vehicles might attend? This is key for access to your event with a mobile bar.

The Pour Horse Mobile Bar was born out of a love for all things equine. Having a beautiful rice trailer left in disarray led to it being beautifully restored into a fully operating pub on wheels!

A family who have worked in the hospitality industry for some time and a real eye for event planning and execution were the perfect fit for the bar.
