What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
To be able to give an accurate quote, I will need specific dates and times of hire needed, an accurate list of equipment or pack required, and the distance for me to travel to your location.
If you're unsure on what you want, just get in touch to give me an idea on your event or party as well as the number of guests and I will custom make a pack to suit your needs and budget.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If you're looking to hire a hot tub from any hire company, I would recommend you do a little homework on the company to ensure they supply you with clean, sanitised and well maintained hot tub. Also check that customers have been happy with their service.
There are basic care and use instructions that should be provided to ensure you have a fun, clean and safe hot tub experience. Don't be scared to ask the supplier questions, no matter how silly you think the question is! For example "How do I keep the water clean?". Just ask, and you should be advised correctly on water care and maintenance. You're the customer. It's your money. Don't waste it on mimic companies that are one tub wonders offering you a tub for £30 for a week!
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
Funky Tubz was an idea I came up with simply because I love hot tubs, and I also love making people happy. There's no reason why people can't have a little luxury here and there, even on a budget. I looked around at various hot tub hire companies and noticed that there were very few that offered hot tub "parties" and outdoor cinema. There it was - Funky Tubz was born! And now I do my best to stay in front of any competition by offering 100% customer satisfaction, and keeping ALL my equipment in A1 condition to ensure all my customers have a clean and safe time using Funky Tubz. I have big plans for the future of the company, with loads of other fun stuff to offer! Stay tuned!
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
Since using Add to Event I have answered loads of quotes, with more customer attention than Facebook offers. That's really saying something.
