Steer clear!

They only deemed an email necessary to tell us om the morning of our 15th yr old daughters party, that the lining was ripped and they wouldnt be able to come. They took full payment a month before, and we've had to battle to get a full refund. Wouldn't use them again.

Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify a couple of details for accuracy and transparency. The booking in question was made on 9th December on behalf of Julie Burgess. Unfortunately, a fault with the lining was identified during a final safety check on the day of the event, and while this led to a last-minute cancellation, it was never our intention to cause distress—particularly for such an important celebration. We would also like to clarify that the full refund was processed on the next working day following the cancellation. That said, we understand how disappointing the situation was overall and sincerely regret the inconvenience caused. We appreciate all feedback, as it helps us continue to improve our processes and communication, and we wish your family all the best moving forward.

Really made the weekend!

Very impressed with all aspects Delivered on time and set up quickly. The hot tub was a good size and felt very solid and secure, despite being a 'blow up'. The family really enjoyed using it (especially but not only the kids!). Packing up and collection was equally efficient, and Greg was very helpful
