What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

In order to provide an accurate quote, we need to know the location and duration of the booking as well as the number of people expected to be attending. The area in which the hot tubs need to be installed needs to be flat, sound and able to support the weight of the hot tub, the water and the people within it. We will provide matting and foot wash facilities but in order to keep the water clean it's important that the area surrounding and leading to the hot tubs is not muddy and neither should be the people using it.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

It's important that the provider has industry-specific liability insurance for the service the they are providing and that they have experience of erecting hot tubs and adding chemicals. Since this is water and electricity the supplier should ensure that all electrical connections have been made safely using appropriate watertight connections and RCD cut-out switches using British kite marked and tested equipment. Not all areas are suitable for Hot Tubs so you need to choose a company that puts your consideration and safety first before profit. Also, since you're inviting these companies to your home you would be advised to seek a company that has DBS criminally vetted operatives.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

A family-run business, we chose to combine our collective experiences within connected trades to offer an exceptional service in Hot Tub hire that you can trust and feel safe with. We spent a lot of time, effort and money developing our own website but it takes a long time for your website to propagate and get noticed.
