What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
For us to provide a quote we need the event date, the size of the Hot Tub you require, how many days hire you require and your postcode. When we reply to your request we will always send you a link to our website so you can view all our amazing Hot Tubs and Packages, you will also find all our prices on the website.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask the provider about the product they are hiring and whether they are fully trained in setting up your hired equipment. Check reviews from past customers on websites.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
Wacky Spas was born through our sister company Wacky Bouncers. Wacky Bouncers have lots of experience in entertaining children's parties and we wanted to offer something for adults and parents too. We thought that a Hot Tub in the comfort of their own home was the perfect way for them to relax and unwind after a long hard day of child care or work.

We have done a lot of bookings through Add to Event and will be doing a lot more in the future. Bookings that come through Add to Event are always straight forward as the customer already knows exactly what they are looking for.
