What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

For our hot tub hire, we require the customer to have a water supply, electrical supply and the gap needs to be at least 29 inches for the hot tub to roll through. We will set up and show the guests how to maintain the tub while it's on hire.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Firstly I would always advise that a solid hot tub is going to be more durable and the jets in a solid hot tub that we offer are fantastic and you won't lose heat while the jets are on making the whole experience more enjoyable. I would always try to book with a local company.

We are a family run business that was looking for a business that I and my wife could do together. The business is great and fits well around our family life. We love customer service and the feeling that you get when you deliver a tub to a customer is just great seeing how excited they are for their hire.
