For us to provide a comprehensive quote to a customer, preferably we need the event date, a small explanation of the type of event being hosted. We will also need the estimated number of guests, and potential venue and whether it's an indoor or outdoor event. We will also need to know if there are any special features required which we will happily accommodate. From this, we can use our experience and expertise to put together a personalised list of design features for you.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Firstly, ask the provider about the product they are offering, it would be such a shame for you to order with somebody who does not provide 100 per cent to your satisfaction. Ask the provider about their product range and what extras they can provide for you. Finally, be sure that the quality of the goods you are receiving is very high. This will make the experience memorable.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

Hot Tub Hire Cymru was born out of love for the Great British weather. It is not necessary for it to be hot to have a hot tub, conversely, many people enjoy the cosy feeling of a hot tub in the cold. There are not many companies in Cardiff who will provide a very personal service and so we decided to set up the business to cater to this.

This platform is highly recommended by myself as it has made my life so much easier. Everything is managed in one place and the customers are brought to the suppliers which saves time. It is also beneficial for the customer as they can see a variety of suppliers who offer different features. I have referred many people to this platform and will continue to do so.
