What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
It's really quite quick and simple for customers to get a quote from us, providing they have a suitable site - including a minimum 7ft x 7ft level stable surface, power (within 5m), water supply for a hose and a drain (within 10m). All we need to know is the hire dates and any additional extras they want to include along with the hot tub.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
For hot tub hire, I'd say it's most important to as the supplier about the quality of the tubs they use, we only use the latest Lay-Z-Spa tubs for our customers, due to their premium quality, reliability and functions.
It would also be worth asking about how much work they leave for the customer to do after the initial set up....at The Yorkshire Tub Hire Co., we always go out of our way to ensure everything is in place when we've finished our set-up and to require the customer to do as little as possible ahead of our arrival for collection, leaving them simply to have a great time!

We love working with and meeting new people and putting smiles on faces, so what better way to do that than provide them with hot tubs so they can create a little bit of fun wherever they want!
