What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

In order to provide a comprehensive quote we need to know the date and time that the tricycle is required, the address (including postcode) of the event, if there are any access issues (such as stairs, narrow alleyways, and so forth) and whether or not
there will be people available at the venue to assist in overcoming any access issues. If you have any special requests or requirements, such as fairy lights, a personal message for your guests on a blackboard and so on is also helpful to know.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

It's important to know about the quality of the ice cream and where it is sourced from, along with the ethical standards relating to its production. On what is sure to be a really important day in your life, be it a wedding, a birthday or some other celebration, making a great impression on your guests is going to be of paramount importance and really add to the whole enjoyment of the day. Our ice creams are made from organic milk, ethically and responsibly sourced from a herd of Fresian cows who are fed only on organically certified grass and hay. The cows are in the fields for far greater amounts of time that in usual dairy herds, and are never given hormones, steroids or supplements to optimise their milk yield. This is why the ice cream tastes so amazing!

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

After spending 11 years as a police officer I felt it was time for a change, and I wanted to launch a business that brought happiness to people! Some might say that I've gone from being the last person you want to see (in my previous job!) to the first person you want to see! I am really passionate about the ice cream I am serving, it's ethical production and the reaction of customers when they taste it for the first time often makes me very proud.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

We have only very recently joined Add to Event. We already have three bookings lined up and I am very impressed with the ease with which the booking process occurs. The comprehensive information that is provided with every booking request by customers is really helpful too. For that alone I would certainly recommend this service! As soon as we have fulfilled our first booking, in the upcoming weeks, we will certainly update this section with a review of the experience!
