They were also flexible when last minute we needed a balloon arch and they had a contact and sorted that for us. They arrived on time, looked professional and well turned out. Set up quickly and efficiently, and had alternatives when we talked through a possible change. They were super quick and organised when breaking down their equipment at the end of the event, which was appreciated by us and our AV team had a huge amount of de-rigging to do.
