What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

We specialise in rustic items which suit all events. Our light up rustic MR & Mrs look wonderful at weddings, but equally, our birthday numbers add a lovely touch to a birthday BBQ. We work closely with our customers in order to provide the best product & service for any event. We also offer unique packages and items that can be personalised.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

When planning our own wedding, we found it really difficult to find suppliers in our area that not only had availability but that were willing to work with us and our ideas to create the event we dreamt of. It was due to this that my husband & I started Rustic Vibe. We aim to provide the service that we were failed on and it is for this reason that we pride ourselves on making sure our customers get exactly what they want.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

We receive so many wonderful requests through Add to Event. it has been heart-warming to see people celebrating life and love after a horrible few years. We find that people want to celebrate ALL birthdays and anniversaries, not just milestones.. and why shouldn't they!

We recently did a party in our local town for a 40th Birthday and the feedback has been incredible. Not only did we hire out our rustic letters but we were able to help the customer source a music system, lighting, caterer and makeup artist who provided the glitter :), all through the Add to Event platform

It was amazing to see it all come together and not only witness the happy faces at the party but also hear the wonderful feedback thereafter.
