What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
The main information we need to know from an organiser is the location of event and the dates the units are required.
Also the number of people attending their event and if disabled and baby changing facilities are required.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When searching for a supplier I would advise a customer to view the company’s past events including viewing reviews and what ratings they currently have.
Also, check the company’s profile pictures and products they supply to make sure this is exactly what they want to hire.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
I started WC Portables because I noticed there wasn’t a hands-on family-run company in the area hiring portable toilet facilities for our local events.
I knew that I could work closely with event organisers and local councils to provide a more thorough and higher quality service than what they had so far been receiving.
It is very exciting and rewarding to see an event in motion on event day after the weeks and months of planning and preparation.

I have enjoyed working with Add to Event over the past years and have had many enjoyable and memorable events and have met many companies who we now do business with on a regular basis.
