What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

In order to build a comprehensive quotation for a customer, ideally we require the event date, the event duration, the proposed location and the ground type for the event e.g grass or hardstanding. We understand that these may be rough numbers for now but they enable us to be able to build a suitable quotation bespoke to you and your event - these can always be edited and your quotation amended accordingly if required.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

It is very important to build a relationship throughout the whole process from the initial inquiry. As a supplier we're full of knowledge about our field so why not as who, what, where, when and why? We're more than happy to help and it's our job to ensure you feel you're in safe knowledgeable hands from the first message right up to your event.

Prestige Events Nationwide is a small family-run company who have a passion for outdoor events. There is something so special and exciting about outdoor events because not one event is ever the same and we know this although if required we're more than happy to share ideas with our clients. We saw a gap in the market when planning our own wedding to e able to get everything needed from one place rather than the stress of having to cooperate with multiple suppliers.
