What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

For the best possible service, I would like to know which type of party you are hosting, how many guests will attend, if it's an indoor or outdoor event, full address of the venue and time, when and how long for.
What would be very helpful, is a little bit of info about the access to the venue, if the function room is on the ground floor, and if not if there is an elevator.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would definitely ask for a website and references - there is no better recommendation then other happy customers. If you prefer to dance to your favorite music, please ask if a DJ accepts requests or can prepare playlists - I do both! It is very important is to arrange timing. For example, I've got a lot of equipment and require about 2 hours to be ready for your guest and another hour to pack up after the party. I highly recommend asking the mobile disco provider how much time he needs and the venue manager what time they close the venue.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

My plan is to provide mobile services to everyone who needs a high-quality service. I love music - playing the guitar, singing and dancing. I also love to bring joy, happiness; to make people smile and feel good.
That's how an idea of becoming a mobile DJ was born. It's truly amazing to see how people react, have great fun and recommend my service to their Friends and Family. I'm glad that I can do this highly rewarding job.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

Every party booked through Add to Event is great. I remember one particularly amazing event - it was a 70s Birthday, and as a special bonus I've provided a dance show performed to the songs of Frank Sinatra and Big Bad Voodoo Daddy, when immediately, in the middle of performance I've jumped and asked lovely Lady to join me. Believe me - IT WAS AMAZING! She was very surprised (even I was!) but also excited at the same time. She danced very well (and it wasn't a slow song) until she has to take her shoes off, and finally gave up and came back to her table, but she was really happy, and her Family described it as a "life experience". I really appreciate all the effort made by Add to Event team which is always helpful, quick in response and accurate in advice. Guys - keep doing a great job!
