What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
At JLW Sound we recommend a free telephone consultation so we can ascertain the type of event you require. This then gives us all of the information required to offer an accurate quote and for you to decide if we are the right business for you.
During this call, you may find out that we can enhance your party with extras and some free stuff that you probably wouldn't have known by just asking for availability and a price.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Please do your homework on any supplier to give you the confidence that you require to make your event a success. Reviews and recommendations are paramount, including a meet if required.
Don't always book on price as the service you receive may be compromised. Ask questions and make sure you get a contact or booking form to protect you from last-minute cancellations.

Playing my first disco at the age of 14 and my love of music made up my mind that I wanted to entertain people through music.
My knowledge and passion reflect what and how I promote my services. My 11-year-old daughter is already on the payroll and working with most of our children's parties. When I hang up the headphones I expect her to continue what I started and have always enjoyed
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
We have had many bookings through Add to Event, as clients say it is very easy to use the site and the software does the work for them. One particular client was very happy with the quick response that they received from us and that the information that they put on the form was worth it and we could provide them with exactly what they asked for.
