All Bar Spot needs to provide a customer with a competitive quote is the date of the occasion and duration, followed by guest number and budget. A brief description also helps to understand the occasion and make sure we offer you the right services.
Bar Spot can be very flexible with our packages and we want to provide you with 5* service so the more details provided the more we can do to support your plans.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Some advice we would give when searching or planning with a provider is to always know who you are dealing with and how clear they are with details, the more clear and precise the instruction the better quality services you will receive and you will be more likely to receive the service you are looking for. Give yourself and they provide plenty of time to organise the event the more time the better things will run, you never want to rush things.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
I started Bar Spot with a goal in mind to bring something to the UK industry that would shake things up! This business has been 6 years in the making it only took a pandemic for me to get things started! Bar Spot has a strong focus around local business and supporting independent brands, there isn't much support out there for people trying to break into an industry so if we can help a little then why not!
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
Since I started working with Add to Event my business has grown month on month, It provides small businesses with a platform to be noticed by their customers. The first booking I had was with a business celebrating their summer party and end of lockdown in their office courtyard. The whole process was so simple and communication through the Add to Event site made organising so much easier!
We served around 35 guests fresh cocktails and they loved them and our staff's services, they loved us so much they event invited us out on a night out with them! We can't thank Add to Event and the customer for giving us our first booking and would recommend this site to any new or old supplier.
