What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
In order to get the best quote and availability for our customer, we would need the date and ideal time of arrival, how many passengers, what the event is, ie a birthday or hen party etc, and if any luggage space is needed. This would enable us to give the best information to our customers.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask the provider if they can cater to the amount of passenger seats needed, and if they have enough luggage space if it was required. Find out what extras are included and if they provide packages. Also, what their customer feedback and reviews are like.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
We originally began our passenger transport to help care and residential homes with day trips and we had some SEN school contracts. We expanding into taking bookings for airport runs and evenings out. We spent a lot of time making sure our customer's travel was special, and came upon the idea of the party buses to add that little touch of magic to those special occasions. Hearing the feedback from these bookings is highly rewarding to everyone from customer service to drivers.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
We have had many bookings through Add to Event, the latest one was a child’s birthday. The bus was hired as a surprise, and surprised she was. All her favourite music was playing on our sound system, her special message was scrolling through our LED message board, all her friends were very impressed and she said she felt so very special. She had happy tears rolling down her cheeks, as did our driver!
