What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

The important details we need to know in order to give you a quote are date, location, colour schemes, what you would like to hire and quantities of necessary.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Our advice would be to do your research on suppliers you are wanting to use, after lockdown they has been so many new businesses starting up which is absolutely fantastic to see but as a supplier ourselves we have noticed the increased amount of last-minute bookings we have been taking on due to customers being let down by others. Take a look through their pages and read through their reviews to put your mind at ease.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

I started Luxury Bespoke Events in 2019, I was made redundant from my 9-5 office job due to the office closure, with my redundancy pay I bought 3 donut walls and used word of mouth and Facebook to advertise them to be hired. After the word started spreading every penny I made from the donut walls I put back into the business which then lead to prosecco walls & flower walls. Towards the end of lockdown when venues were still closed the business took off customers couldn't pay to hire a venue so we're spending more money on props to hire for their home and since then I continued and still do consistently invest the profits back into the business to expand our inventory.

We now have a huge range of props available to hire and I absolutely love what I do it's such a rewarding job.

Being made redundant was a blessing in disguise and I'm so thankful the office I used to work in closed down.
