What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

In order that we can provide an exact quote for you, we would need to know the correct information.
Firstly we need the date confirmed to us if you are in the early planning stages and don't have a date it is unlikely that anyone will even respond to you.
We also need to know the venue name and location, experienced companies will her extensive knowledge of venues and may be able to reflect a cost reduction if they know the venue well and can set up and depart easily.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

When looking for a company, please do not be guided by price alone.
The saying 'you get what you pay for' is very true and many people are let down by companies that offer a cheap service as they often lack reliable staff and equipment.
Also, look at the quality of the photos on their website or Facebook page, I have been shocked at orange photos that are printed out with mirrors open-air booths that do not use their own lighting.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

We were originally purchasing our VW Split Screen campers as stand-alone Wedding transport but at the same time, we noticed a craze in the USA of photo booths and thought that incorporating that within our campers would be amazing, quirky and fun.
We found a company that we were happy to use their software and set up and the rest is history.
We have won awards for our service and know have hundreds of companies across the UK that have copied us.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

We have had several bookings through Add to Event and have been very happy.

We took one booking in Norwich in our VW Split Screen and the couple who booked us and the guests were amazed at how much fun they had, the memory book was filled with pictures and messages and when we gave the couple the beautiful USB with video messages and photos on they were over the moon.

We even got 2 bookings from that event.
