What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

To enable us to provide a comprehensive quote to a potential client, we ask for as much information as possible e.g. wedding date, venue, the time we're required from and to.
Any additional information is welcomed e.g. a number of guests, whether it's just one venue or two etc.
The more information we have, the easier it is for us to quote.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

When looking for a Wedding Photographer, I would suggest you decide on what style of photography you're wanting e.g. traditional or documentary.
We think it's important you meet your wedding photographer, as this helps to know if they're friendly, relaxed etc and also they should offer to show you samples of their work. I think you'll get an idea straight away whether you'd be happy for them to be your photographer or not. You'll also find out whether you like their work and if they're happy to comply with the style of photography you require.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

Photography has always been my passion and it was a hobby of mine for many years.
When we relocated, I decided to turn my hobby into a business. I qualified as a professional photographer and haven't looked back since.
For wedding and events, we are now a husband and wife team, which means none of those little details are missed, and we can also photograph two different angles of your ceremony (one of us will be photographing from the back of the church/venue and the other will be right up front, near the bride and groom, if we’re allowed!

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

Although we've got bookings through Add to Event, we haven't yet photographed anyone's event. This is purely due to the fact that we've only been registered with Add to Event for a few months and our couples who have booked, did it way in advance, so their weddings etc are in the future.

Although relatively new to Add to Event, we've years of experience, and our reviews are 100% 5*, as client satisfaction is everything to us! If our clients are happy, then we're happy!
