Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

Soho Pizza is about a passion for food, it's about always wanting to do things the right way and its also a story about how much can be achieved with the support of great friends. Making pizza has been a part of my life for many years. My 3 children have fond memories of their Italian Uncle and I cooking up a feast in the garden using a traditional clay oven. So it seemed a natural step for me, when in 2014 I was presented with the opportunity to buy a pizza oven. From there, my commitment to make fresh traditional Italian pizza was embraced by my friend and business partner, who supported and encouraged a fledgling business to blossom. We all share a commitment to create tasty food that not only compliments and enhances the events that we support, but delivers an enjoyable and novel experience for everyone involved - staff, clients and guests alike.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

Lots of quotes and lots of bookings. Add To Event creates a great market place to promote services to people or companies that want something specific. We have only been using the site for 6 weeks, but have secured about 10 bookings already. There are some rules to our success.....but we'll keep those to ourselves! But in general the key is to be honest, passionate, supportive and professional.
