What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

To provide a relevant quote we need to know what you're looking for, what date you need it, how many people we're going to serve, the venue or at least the area and if it is indoor or outdoor. Start and finish time is always useful too! We want to give you the service you want so the more you tell us, the better.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

For me I'd look at the quotes I got and delve into them - remember cheapest is not always best. You get what you pay for a lot of time and you want people who are the best in their field. There are a lot of cowboys about who may give you want you want but there won't be any extra love going into the job. Speak to people on the phone where possible and gauge their enthusiasm for your event.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

I love pizza. I want to eat pizza all the time. I also saw a pizza oven at an event and it was terrible value, below par quality with rude staff and I thought 'I can do better than that' and now I do, all the time. We provide good value, high quality food with excellent customer service.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

We're new to Add to Event so we've got our first booking coming up. The system works really well and all questions were answered by the client and we are really looking forward to it. Normally we get our wedding bookings through word of mouth and local events but this is a great way to meet new customers and spread some pizza love!
