About Big Slice

Big Slice started with a simple idea: to create genuinely delicious stone-baked pizza and deliver it through a professional, reliable and enjoyable event-catering service.

Pizza has always been our favourite food. After experiencing some brilliant pizzas—and plenty of disappointing ones—we set out to develop our own distinctive recipe and create something we would be proud to serve.

More than six years and 400 successful events later, Big Slice has become a trusted mobile pizza caterer for weddings, corporate events, private parties and special celebrations across the West Midlands and surrounding areas.

Freshly Made, Stone-Baked Pizza

Great pizza begins with great foundations.

Our sourdough pizza dough is freshly made using our own recipe and slowly fermented for approximately 24 hours. Each pizza is hand-stretched, topped with quality ingredients and finished with our signature Italiana-style pizza sauce.

The pizzas are then cooked fresh at your venue in our stone oven, producing a light, fluffy crust and rich flavour in around 90 seconds.

For us, consistency matters. Whether we are serving 40 guests at a private celebration or providing evening food for a large wedding, every event receives the same care, preparation and attention to detail. Stone-Baked Pizza Catering Made Simple

We believe event catering should be exciting for your guests and straightforward for you.

Our experienced team arrives before the agreed service time, prepares and cooks the pizzas at your venue and manages the buffet from start to finish. This allows you to relax and enjoy your event while we take care of the food.

Big Slice offers three flexible catering options:

* Pizza Only Buffet * Full Pizza Service with sides * Limited Pizza Service for set buffets and larger events

We’ll help you select the most suitable option based on your guest numbers, venue, budget and event schedule.
