What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
To provide a quote it would be very helpful if you could please provide the following information:
-Date and time that the event will take place
-The type of event you are holding - is it a special birthday or anniversary? perhaps a wedding?
-Do you require the food to be dropped off or would you like it prepared at your home or venue?
-How many courses would you like?
-Do you have a cuisine preference?
-Are there any dietary requirements we should be aware of?
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
You should ask the provider for some sample menus and images of food that they have prepared. Check reviews and ask for hygiene certificates.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
My partner and I created Fennel & Twine as we are both passionate chefs that are very passionate about what we do. We have 10 years of experience as chefs between us and one of the things we really enjoy is coming up with bespoke menus that meet our client's needs, and then delivering something special.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
We are new to Add to Event so still awaiting our first booking and hoping that 2021 sees our business grow.
