For me to provide a fantastic dining experience tailored to your needs, It's wonderful to hear any favourites or delicious indulgences that I can work with!
Let me know whether any of your guests have specific dietary needs, and I'll accommodate these without alienating them from the group party experience.
It's great to know any specifics you have about the venue, in order to have the equipment and catering experience flow with ease.
Let me know the specific occasion I'd be catering for and I'll work with that in mind when creating your ideal menu.
It's handy to know the ages of many of your guests too!

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask about previous experience, check reviews and ask what makes them special. I like to give party organisers a bit of a Cornish experience, and will always use local suppliers which give a unique touch to hosting your event in this area.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

With a recent background cooking onboard luxury superyachts - The nature of working all over the world and provisioning in many continents and exciting destinations has given me the ability and opportunity to discover and prepare foods from many tastes.
My styles of cooking have been shaped by working in Europe (Northern and Mediterranean), America, Australasia, Central America, Africa and the Pacific and Indian Oceans.
I have worked for many different backgrounds of employers with a selection of different dining styles and requests.
Working from Cornwall now, I can share my culinary repertoire with people lucky enough to live in, or visit this stunning part of Britain!

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

I've had 2 bookings through Add to Event so far and they were both a joy to cater for.
The communication between myself and the party planner was smooth and well organised. The parties have had a great experience bringing a private chef to their venue and the meals have been structured with ease, allowing the celebrations to be relaxed and fun for all the guests!
