In order to provide a comprehensive quote, we would require the date of the event, the probable number of guests, the venue address and the type of food required. Any specific dietary needs, such as gluten free or vegetarian options is always helpful. Should the hosts require any additional rentals, we can also help with this. Having received all this information, we can put together a comprehensive quote.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

We would suggest the potential client search for Google reviews and testimonials to see what has been provided in the past. A check of the company credentials and legitimacy is always a good idea too. Should the client wish, we could always provide personal client referrals. Request copies of food hygiene ratings and public liability insurance.

EpiCatering started in business as we are both passionate about food and wanted to share that love! We both enjoy the whole thing from start to finish, especially meeting with the varied clients, cooking at very different venues and preparing all types of food. We have booked numerous events through Add to Event which have been brilliant. We find that we're given enough information from the initial enquiry to put together a comprehensive quote. Compared to other similar providers, Add to Event is the only one we now use as it is definitely the best. It's difficult to pick one event, but we catered a corporate event in Kent in the most stunning venue (a private residence) and for us it's that variety of venues and people's choice of menus that keeps us going!
