What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
For us to provide a detailed quote, ideally we need to know the venue location, the type of event that is being hosted, the number of hours they wish to hire us for and there or not it's indoors or outdoors. We can then use our expertise to put together a quote to match the client's requirements.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I think it's really important that the customer gets a real understanding of what the company can offer so they know what they can provide for their party. If the customer is after something bespoke, always ask as the business will most likely be able to provide what is being asked for or know a supplier that can!
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
Crafty Pop Started during lockdown, Whilst planning my own wedding a few years ago, I found a gap in the market for a mobile bar that served both of our (and our guests') favourite beverages - Craft Beer and Prosecco on tap.
I have amassed over 10 years' experience in the events industry. During the COVID pandemic, the events industry was hit hard, but I used the time away to focus energy into my passion - starting Crafty Pop. I have a passion to provide a fantastic service and ensuring people are getting what they paid for.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
We are really new to this platform but we have had two successful events so far come from using this service. We are excited to build our reviews up to showcase what an amazing service we can offer. I have recommended this website to many of my friends who have their own companies as it's a great platform for new business and a great way to refer friends for jobs if you are unavailable to do the work.
