What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

Specifically, I would need to know the time of event starting most importantly this gives me a very good idea of the time I need to get to the location, good timing is everything and I hate being late !!
If the venue is accessible depending on the product or service provided.
How many guests.
And the time of collection.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Don’t always go for the cheapest supplier but look at the communication how they express their service.
Some suppliers work can look glamorous and luxury but their attitude might not match, so just pay attention to detail.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

I started Popin events simply because I loved parties and loved decorating and creating many products. It just made so much sense, especially having my son and planning his the passion just grew
I have never been able to sit down at any events, I am always fixing or blowing up balloons lol, so wanting this to be my main job was meant to be !!
