What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

For us to provide a comprehensive quote we need to know the date of the event, the number of attendees, the location, the type of event (e.g. corporate event or wedding) and if the location is inside or outside. If we bring our converted horse trailer, we need to know if there’s access for it - it’s 5.4m long and 4m wide. If you know your per person budget that always helps us give the most accurate quote possible.

When we have all of this information we can provide a quick and precise quote.

Looking for food for an event should be exciting! Look at different menus and see what inspires you. Go in with an open mindset, you may want pizza but you could be inspired by something you’ve never thought of - if it’s still pizza after your research that’s great! We started the business to bring high-quality street food to the local area. We love eating food, reading and talking about it and of course, making it. We use top quality local producers and make indulgent food that gets people to say OMG! We love watching people walk away with a smile and always want to see people enjoy food as part of their special occasion.

As soon as we signed up to Add to Event we were impressed with the quality of information from prospective clients.
