We are a small family run operation specializing in smaller more intimate events that a lot of the bigger more established companies wont want to do as its not lucrative enough for them we can cater from a small intimate home party from 45-50 guests to a maximum of 100.
I am a Military Veteran so do preferential rates for Military, Veterans and Blue Light customers please let me know your status when we make contact.
Our dough comes from a local company using their own Italian family sourdough recipe that has been perfected over 40 years giving a great depth of flavour and consistency in quality.
As the operation is wood fired we can also cater for other cuisines if you are not into Pizza, we also roasted lamb in Pittas, Roasted meats in bread rolls, pretty much anything please just ask as with a woodfired oven the possibilities are huge. Wood fire pizza buffet for 50th birthday party
From our first moment of contact with Paul when we were sadly let down by our previously booked caterer, he made us feel relaxed and that his service was going to be fabulous. As we continued to prepare for our 50th birthday garden party, Paul was charming and polite, helping us create a very bespoke and personal menu for our event. Nothing seemed too much to ask and his humour kept us entertained even at our most stressed moments leading up to the evening. On the night, even in driving rain, Paul and his wife kept the delicious pizzas coming and individuals from our party who needed special dietary requirements couldn’t praise him highly enough. I would most definitely recommend Paul and would use him again. Thanks Paul!

Delicious Pizza and Excellent Friendly Service
Paul and his team at Witham Woodfired were excellent! We booked for a birthday party for 50 guests in the garden at our home. From the very start Paul was super friendly, always responsive and very flexible. His set up is very attractive and felt more private party than corporate event or commercial. I also loved that he offered service as buffet style, so that everyone could enjoy pizza and garlic bread right from the start. The pizzas just kept on coming and everyone had plenty to choose from. I ordered 4 flavours plus garlic bread and we had so many compliments on how delicious everything was. I definitely recommend Witham Woodfired and in fact have done so already! In short…super friendly, super reliable and super delicious!
Absolutely fantastic!
We had Witham Wood Fire Pizza cater our recent anniversary party, and they absolutely knocked it out of the park! The pizza was nothing short of incredible—fresh, full of flavor, and perfectly cooked. Our guests could not stop raving about it all night. Seriously, we lost count of how many people commented on how good the pizzas were! The team was friendly, professional, and made everything so easy from setup to cleanup. The way they delivered a continuous flow of sliced pizzas meant the guests never had to wait, and everything was eaten! Their presence added something special to the event, and the food was a total crowd-pleaser. We would absolutely 100% recommended!
Delicious pizzas which everyone loved!
Paul was a very attentive host who came to see us before the event to check out the outside space to set up in and discuss the toppings that we wanted and the way in which we wanted the pizzas served. Nothing was too much trouble and when I said that I had a always wanted a pizza oven in the garden, he even lent us a small one that he had prior to the event so that I could try one out! Pizzas were brilliant and all the guests said how much they had enjoyed them. We had 3 young children at the event and Paul let them put their own toppings on, which they loved.I would highly recommend Paul!
