What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
For us to provide a compressive quote, we will need to know the event date, location and start time. The theme of the event and an idea of the items they would like to hire. We will then go away and provide a quote back to the client based on all the information we have been given. From there we can then work with the client to provide the event decor they were looking for.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
In my area, I would ask the customer to view previous images of their work and ask the customer to view the business page and reviews to get a feel for the type of service the company provide. Social media, Google reviews are a great way to gauge a supplier instantly, if they have bad reviews I would stay away. Don't hesitate to message previous customers too to see what experience they had with the supplier.

Celebration elevation was born after my passion for setting up events, parties and previously working in project management. I thrive on giving people the best day and stress-free so they can enjoy the day they've dreamed of for years. This is why you can rely on us to provide everything you need and to style your event too. We do all the leg work with dealing with the venues etc so you don't have to.
