What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

For us to provide a quote we ideally require the event date, a brief explanation of what it is you are looking for, the number of guests and as much information as you can in order for us to create a clear picture and quote accordingly.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask questions, see the full range to be able to decide exactly what you would like, and also be as specific as you can be.
For instance, can I have a quote for some balloons is very vague and there are millions of different balloons out there.
Try, Could I have a quote for a balloon display, my son is 9 and he likes football and my budget is £30. From this we can gauge what displays best suit your budget and needs.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

K&S Balloons & Confectionery started by accident. We own holiday homes which is our first business and from that, we started to create packages for our guests in our homes. It then snowballed from there and now we are fully trained balloon artists, event stylists with 5 members of staff for all of your needs.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
