For any event that we do there is a few key things we need to know to give the best possible quote on booking.
These are the date to make sure we are free, potential venue, how many people we are catering for, what type of hire, and what the event is along with any colour scheme or theme that they may have.
Once we have this information we can then get to the fun stuff which is picking the sweets and adding a unique touch.

Firstly I would make sure that the provider knows exactly what they have to offer and what you are going to get from the package. I would look at the previous photos from other events they have done and compare, don't be afraid to ask questions you want to get the best possible results.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

Candy Ever After started after working 8 years in the event industry. I always wanted to add my own service and do something that I know everyone would love. I do love sweets, I am not going to lie and was always known to have sweets on shift so that kind of how it came about.
I had seen candy carts at events and thought they all looked the same not really standing out. So I wanted to create a service that meant you can have a candy cart that is catered for you. It fits with the theme or colour choice and has something extra.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

This is a tough one, I have had lots of booking through Add to Event that I am personally happy about. One of my recent bookings was a wedding at a barn, it was an absolute pleasure to be a part of, I love creating something special that is unique to the bride and groom. The personalised sign had tractors on which they picked from a selection of choices, they picked the sign as that was the transport for the day. The comments I got back were amazing and the cart went down a treat.
