What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

Detailed information about collection addresses and destination addresses, exact times and the total quantity of people is required in all instances.
We can provide many different types of Vehicle/ Driver for that Special Day, Week/ Weekend whether the destination is to the Airport, Theatre, Sporting Event (Royal Ascot, Guards,) Wedding and also Tours throughout London and/or Stonehenge, Windsor, Bath, Cambridge and places of Interest in Kent (e.g.Leeds Castle), Surrey and East Sussex with a Registered British Guild Tourist Guide.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

We need to know how many passengers are travelling and what their preferences are, if the function they are going to requires a particular vehicle colour/ brand we need to know.
What facilities does the vehicle need to/ have to have and is there a specific dress code for the driver to adhere to?
How special is the day or journey, would flowers, balloons or even additional/ Company Livery be a benefit all involved and to the Client?

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

My Friends, Family and I have been let down in the past when it comes to arriving on time for a Special Event and also basic but equally important journeys such as an Airport Transfer.
A vehicle arriving late, the wrong type, not enough seats, wrong colour etc... can completely ruin a holiday, wedding or any specia event and that experience can be the main memory everyone has and can also be the wrong type of talking point for years ahead.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

A couple booked us to help them move from their home in London to their new home in Durham with their 2 Jack Russell Dogs and a cat in a basket.
The journey was was very pleasant their pets very peaceful and the conversation brilliant as they had been involved in combating the Ebola outbreak in Africa.
We helped load the vehicle London and unload the vehicle in Durham and the couple wished that they had known about our company earlier as they do not drive but like to get away with their pets on holidays throughout the UK.
