"Absolutely beautiful spread of food, both taste wise and visually. Looked stunning! We needed a vegetarian caterer for my mum's funeral wake. Had to organise it from a long distance so just took a chance, looking on line. Right from start everything was easy, clear and straight forward to book. On the day, we left a village hall key in the local shop, and when we came back from funeral with all the guests the most beautiful buffet was laid out. I didn't take any photos but truly it looked gorgeous, with foliage and flowers and carefully arranged food. Everyone commented on how great it was. And true judgement - hardly any left overs. Thank you for giving a bit of sparkle to a sad day."

"Fred was great to deal with from the outset. He listened carefully to what I said I wanted and was always helpful, making sugggrestions about quantities, and timings, but only when asked. He came to look at the venue and plan where to set up the food station a few days before the party and so arrived punctually and efficiently on the day. Many guests commented on how delicious the food was and were seen to go back for second helpings, Fred himself came to find me, and seeing that I was tied up talking to people, brought me a plate of selected idelicacies.
